Section 3 – Products & Handmade Disclaimer

All products sold by Forest Phoenix Glass are handmade stained glass or fused glass items, or handmade accessories intended for displaying glass artwork.

Due to the handmade nature of our work:

Variations in color, texture, size, and finish are normal and expected
These variations do not constitute defects

Product images are representative only. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen differences.

Section 4 – Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product descriptions, images, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Section 5 – Pricing & Modifications

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Section 6 – Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event an order is changed or canceled, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store.

Section 7 – Shipping

We take great care in packaging stained glass to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an item has shipped, Forest Phoenix Glass is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Section 8 – Damaged Items

Stained glass is fragile, and while rare, damage can occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging are required

We will offer a replacement when available or assist with filing a shipping insurance claim. Refunds are not issued once a replacement or insurance claim has been initiated.

Section 9 – Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of shipping damage as outlined above.

Section 10 – Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Please review all custom order details carefully prior to approval.

Section 11 – Care & Use

Stained glass items are decorative and fragile. Proper care, handling, and installation are the responsibility of the customer. Forest Phoenix Glass is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Section 12 – Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, text, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Forest Phoenix Glass and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Section 13 – Limitation of Liability

Forest Phoenix Glass shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the use or misuse of our products beyond the purchase price of the item.

Section 14 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Forest Phoenix Glass operates.
