Refund policy

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of stained glass, all sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement when available or assist with filing a shipping insurance claim.

We are not able to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons other than damage during shipping.
