Processing Time

All items from Forest Phoenix Glass are carefully handmade and packaged. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during busy seasons or for custom orders.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Forest Phoenix Glass is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances beyond our control


Packaging & Fragile Items

Stained glass  items are fragile and require specialized packaging. We take great care to package each item securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included or available for eligible items. In the event of shipping damage, insurance claims may be filed as outlined in our Damaged Items policy below.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping materials

We will offer a replacement when available or assist with filing a shipping insurance claim. We cannot process damage claims without proper documentation.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Forest Phoenix Glass is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times may vary and are outside our control.


Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Forest Phoenix Glass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If shipping insurance was purchased or included, we will assist with filing a claim when applicable.
